All our policy information is very important - We suggest reading each section before purchasing any of our items. These strict guidelines have been created to protect both our patrons and our company. Thank you for your cooperation.

Shipping

All items ship within 4-6 business days from the date of purchase.

James Anthony Apparel is not responsible for the loss of international packages. Tracking for international shipments is available for an extra cost via USPS International Priority Shipping, this cost varies by country and starts around 20.00USD.

Shipping AND handling is a flat rate of 4.90 for ALL DOMESTIC (US) SHIPMENTS:
This includes shipping supply costs + handling (post office travel/office time). This amount can increase at any time due to postage cost inflation. 
All domestic shipments include USPS Delivery Confirmation. Once your shipment is in possession of the United States Postal Service it is their responsibility to deliver your package in a timely manner, we are no longer responsible nor for your order nor do we guarantee an exact delivery date for your purchase . We do not have the ability to track your package, however we are able to view occasional updates to your shipment's progress via the Delivery Confirmation number. Please contact us if you have been waiting more than 10 business days for your order to arrive. Again, Delivery Confirmation is NOT tracking, it simply confirms the arrival of your package to the address you provided James Anthony Apparel.

International shipments are a flat rate of 7.00USD.

Payment

If payment is not received within 24 hours of purchase, your transaction will be cancelled.

Refunds and Exchanges

*PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING OR EXCHANGING ANY ITEMS TO ALERT US OF YOUR RETURN or EXCHANGE*

If FOR ANY REASON you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we will gladly help you with whatever it is you would like to do to either mend the issue or return your product(s). 

James Anthony Apparel is not responsible for Items returned within the United States shipped without a Delivery Confirmation slip that are lost in transit. 

A full refund (minus the cost of shipping) will be issued for any item returned within 10 DAYS of receipt UNWASHED/UNWORN (no exceptions) - We DO NOT offer refunds on items returned thru the United States Postal Service because of incorrect/unconfirmed mailing addresses; You are required to provide a full and working mailing address, if your item is returned to us we will email you in regards to an alternate mailing address. If you do not have a working address at the time of shipping we will offer you a store credit to be used when an proper functioning address is acquired.

ITEMS MAY BE EXCHANGED AT ANY TIME SO LONG AS THEY ARE UNWASHED/UNWORN.
