Socha Prints on Archival Paper: 18" x 24"

'Socha' prints in Asphalt Gray and Sea Blue, side by side and partly overlapping. Prints are slightly weighted to sheet top. 100% Hot-Pressed (smooth in texture), Acid Free/Archival Cotton Paper. Sheet measures 18"x24" (45.7x60.9cm) - Each print is signed and numbered in and edition of 10 and shipped in a reenforced cardboard tube with a protective, acid free velum sheet. Print paper is a Natural White.

Graphic Information: Image comes from an early 20th century Czech illustration most likely associated with the Dada art movement. Although influential in the overall success of the surrealist period, Czech artists were given little recognition in the early days of the Dada movement but still contributed greatly to the movement. This particular image depicts a male bust, covered in tattoos with two cursive letter 'A's in place of his eyes. Image is believed to be by the female surrealist illustrator, Toyen.
